New Jersey Estate With Built-In Nightclub Takes House Party To A Whole Other Level

If you like hitting the dance floor and getting your groove on, you’ll love a luxurious estate in Kinnelon, New Jersey that is an entertainers’ dream home. The $5.999 million home includes its own lower-level nightclub for hanging out with friends and family and dancing the night away.

The secluded 13-acre estate about 45 minutes from New York City offers Manhattan skyline views and 13 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and five half-baths between the main house, guest house and caretaker’s house.

The homeowner was a prominent international nightclub owner who created his personal nightclub to entertain visiting clients and friends.

“This estate is a unique retreat—private, gated and secluded with endless entertaining possibilities,” said real estate broker Susan Wardrop of Coldwell Banker, who is co-listing the property with Tommie Gesumaria. “The home was built to entertain by an owner who truly understood what that meant, being an operator of several successful international nightclubs.”

Wardrop said those qualities were lavishly instilled throughout the estate, including the nightclub, which was made for dancing the night away with a dance floor, full bar, DJ booth and even a coat check.

The style of the entertainment venue was influenced by nightclubs throughout the world. “While the club has been perfect for entertaining friends and globetrotting business associates, the entire home was envisioned as its own resort, a place to entertain family—children and adults—and keep them close and safe during any season,” said Wardrop.

Who needs to venture farther for entertainment when Gesumaria says the home and its grounds are perfect for a staycation? It comes equipped with a home theater, gaming area with pool table, card game room, gym and sauna.

“There is plenty of room for extended family with the guest house,” said Gesumaria. “In addition to the main five-car garage, the garage that’s part of the guest house can accommodate 13 additional cars and includes a lift—perfect for a car collector.”

She explained that there’s nothing like chilling at the pool with its waterfall and grotto with swim-up bar, and a pool house cabana with a full kitchen and bar.

“There is no shortage of outdoor recreation with the property’s beach-style volleyball and tennis courts and private equestrian, walking and ATV trails,” Gesumaria added. “Set on 13 acres overlooking the Manhattan skyline, this is truly a comfortable and enjoyable home for everyone.”
